These flower crowns are made of milk cotton acrylic yarn and craft wire! They're adjustable via a double-ribbon tie in the back of the crown, but made generally for one-size fits most adults! Mini roses and forget-me-not flowers make a perfect cottage fairy accessory that never wilts!
