Return Policy


We want you to be completely happy with your order! If something isn’t right, you can return it easily.


Return Window


You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.


Cost of Returns


Return shipping is free. The vendor will provide you with a prepaid return label.


There are no restocking fees.


How to Start a Return


Login to your customer account to request a refund on the applicable order.


A prepaid return label will be sent to your customer account for you to print along with instructions.


Pack your item in its original packaging (if possible) and drop it off with the carrier.


Refunds


After your return is received and inspected, the vendor will process your refund back to your original payment method.


Refunds are automatic once the return is complete. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process it.


Exchanges


We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size, color, or product, please place a new order once your refund is issued.


Damaged or Incorrect Items


If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.


Items damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or not following care instructions are not eligible for return or refund.


Final Sale / Non-returnable Items


The following items cannot be returned:


Personalized or custom-made products


Perishable goods (such as food or plants)


Personal care items (such as skincare, makeup, or hygiene products)


Gift cards


Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance
