Processing & Fulfillment

• All orders are fulfilled directly by our trusted brand partners through Shopify Collective.

• Processing times vary depending on the vendor but are typically 2–10 business days.

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.


Shipping Times

• Delivery times depend on the brand partner's location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

• Most orders arrive within 2–12 business days once shipped.

• Shipping delays may occur during holidays, peak seasons, inclement or unsuitable weather or due to carrier issues.

• Plant vendors reserve the right to hold shipments due to extreme heat or cold.


Shipping Rates

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary based on the products in your order.

• Since items may ship from multiple brand partners, you may receive more than one package, and shipping fees may apply separately per partner.


Multiple Shipments

• If your order contains products from more than one brand partner, items will be shipped separately.

• You will receive tracking details for each shipment.


International Shipping

• At this time, we only ship to Canada, the US and internationally to selected countries.

• Duties, taxes, and customs fees (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.

• The ability to ship live plants outside of Canada varies by brand partner.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

• Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order has been delivered to the shipping carrier.

• If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us at your.botanicalmarket@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist by coordinating with the brand partner and carrier.

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can work with the brand partner on a replacement or refund where applicable.


Incorrect Address

• Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
